QuantKOD builds AI staff teams and custom software for companies that run onrepetitive, high-volume workflows. Most automation projects stop at a chatbot that answers questions. In a deployment for a steel and metaldistribution company (name confidential), our matching engine processed 406real customer requests covering 1,237 line items across two production runs:99.5% line-item accuracy, 60 of 60 requests handled end to end, and zeroharmful errors — no wrong price or wrong product ever sent to a customer. Thesystem runs against 1,500+ historical requests, 8,000+ stock items, and a2,000-entry equivalence dictionary built for the client's own product language. How we work. We put one role into production in one to two weeks — not asix-month platform project. Once it earns trust, we add roles. Every system isinstrumented so the client can see what the AI did, what it skipped, and why. We are a small team based in Türkiye, working with manufacturers, distributors,metal and heat-treatment firms, hospitality businesses, and clinics. We work inTurkish, English, and Dutch.
