I’m an introvert and used to be extremely shy. I was nervous all the time when talking to others, and my tomato red cheeks immediately gave me away. Yet over the 6 years of my customer service jobs, I realize I had adapted. Somewhere along the way the anxiety dissipated and I looked forward to connecting with my coworkers and customers. With every new job I knew I was taking a leap of faith and trying something new. With every new experience I was out of my comfort zone, yet always learning. I learned to believe in myself and my success, no matter how small. I believe you can too.
