We work in Agile as well as Traditional Waterfall Model, however we Love Agile but we had to go with Waterfall Model most of time as client wanted to freeze the budget and time so we had to freeze the features and scope but we still mix the Waterfall with Agile by including CRs (Change Requests) very systematically at end of each successful Milestone just to have peace of mind for our clients as they wouldn’t feel complete satisfaction if their ideas(ofcourse if these are added later, additional compnesation is expected) are not accommodated during the development.
