Redshoe Design was founded by Emma Jones and Sam Ellison because we believe that there are better and more effective ways to speak to women through design than most brands are currently deploying. Women are complex beings and have complex relationships with the brands they buy and love. From a design perspective, this demands a more considered and nuanced approach, which is often missing in the market. At Redshoe Design, we are a team of senior professionals drawn from many different disciplines, with many years\' experience both agency and client side.
